Job summary

Lockwood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee publications programs from inception to completion. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relations, and ensuring programs meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of publications PM experience, strong communication skills, and solid financial management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and publication platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment.
• Strong ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation for individual projects.
• Schedule startup, interim and final meetings and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure programs stay on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives.
• Oversee development of all project activities and train new team members.
