Job summary

Lockwood seeks a Project Manager to oversee publications programs from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, interfacing with all departments, and ensuring programs meet client expectations and budgets.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with strong financial management skills, highly organized, and capable of motivating others while managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment is required.
• Must have experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Maintain timely and professional communications with clients and faculty members.
• Ensure client expectations are met on all levels of program activity.
• Develop new project budgets and manage budgeting, monitoring and reconciliation.
• Coordinate start-up, interim, and final team meetings and provide ongoing updates to clients and team.
