Job summary

The Lockwood Group® is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of publications projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure programs stay on time and within budget.

A bachelor’s degree is required, with 3–5 years in a publications environment and strong financial management skills. Proficiency with MS Office and publication platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat is expected.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in a publications environment.
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Strong technical aptitude with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and interface with all departments.
• Meet client and management expectations and maintain strong faculty relationships.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor financials and reconciliations.
• Schedule meetings, maintain timelines, and provide updates to clients and team.
• Oversee development of all project activities and train new team members.
