Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for Medical Packaging and Abrasives Technical Papers.

The role is remote and reports to the INDAFOR sales leader, driving business development and account management within our INDAFOR technical products customer base. You will execute sales strategy, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, collaborate across operations, R&D, and product management, and expand strategic accounts while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in medical product sales, account management, business development, account planning, and sales in an industrial sales environment.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations with multicultural clients.
• Spanish language skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy.
• Identify customer opportunities aligned to current and future opportunities.
• Present, propose and drive contract and price negotiations.
• Drive collaboration with internal capabilities in Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Product management and Plant Operations.
• Retention and expansion of accounts through development of relationships with key decision makers.
• Provide direct account management and resource coordination.
• Travel within territory, including overnight travel.
