Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a skilled Health Communications Specialist to supervise call center staff, ensuring compliant, high-quality responses across channels. The role supports leadership by monitoring performance, coaching staff, and handling sensitive health information in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in leadership within call centers, strong English communication, and familiarity with US healthcare regulations. Remote work is available for US operations.

Qualifications

• Current PRC registration and good standing as required by client program.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in contact center operations.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Knowledge of United States healthcare systems, regulation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Call Center staff to ensure prompt, accurate responses across channels.
• Coach team members to improve quality, compliance, and performance.
• Identify and escalate adverse events, PQCs, MIRs in line with FDA and client requirements.
• Monitor performance trends and partner with supervisors on development initiatives.
• Assist onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
