Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Remote Healthcare Communicator for Yardley, home-based, full-time employment. You will support a leading biotechnology client through inbound/outbound telecommunication, maintain quality standards, follow program scripts, and accurately capture information in program databases.

Ideal candidates have inbound call center experience, excellent verbal and written communication, comfort with HIPAA, and the ability to join frequent meetings; you must be flexible for rotating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Inbound Call Center experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent quality standards for client programs; adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately collect information required by programs and capture in databases.
• Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills.
• Possess organizational skills and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Display flexibility to maximize utilization and perform administrative duties as needed.
• Safeguard patient privacy following HIPAA guidelines.
