Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Medical Information Specialist (MIS) to join our Contact Center. You will respond to inquiries for medical and safety information from healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring accurate, compliant replies using approved sources and SOPs.

Candidates should have a nursing degree (US or Canada) and strong English communication skills. The role supports remote work with hybrid options and requires timely documentation of events and product concerns.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety information requests via phone, email, or web.
• Provide labeled medical information in line with regulations and SOPs.
• Document adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints accurately.
• Meet deadlines as per SOPs and client practices.
• Assist with writing custom medical information responses using trusted sources.
• Log inquiries in the handling system promptly.
