Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in medical and healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent.
• Direct clinical or patient-facing experience preferred, ideally in a Contact Center.
• Therapeutic expertise and ability to critically evaluate medical literature.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals.
• Research medical literature to create responses to inquiries.
• Document adverse events and product complaints.
