You will coach and develop communicators, ensure HIPAA compliance and service levels, collaborate with clients, and drive quality improvements while supporting remote teams across the United States.

Qualifications

• Current RN or Pharmacist license.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a call center.
• Experience with call management systems (e.g., CentreVu Supervisor).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Avaya CMS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of patient privacy, HIPAA, and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contact center staff and set clear performance expectations.
• Coach staff, conduct evaluations, and manage performance.
• Oversee daily call floor activities and ensure service levels meet KPIs.
• Monitor calls for script adherence, quality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Develop contingency plans for staffing and operational continuity.
• Analyze metrics and share insights with leadership for improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on program changes.
