Inizio Engage seeks a licensed Medical Information Call Center Supervisor to lead a remote US-based team. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines while meeting client KPIs.

A licensed RN or Pharmacist with call-center leadership experience is required. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, new hire training, and program modification support.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN or Pharmacist license is required.
• Five years of supervising experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Experience with call center management systems (CentreVu Supervisor) is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Supervise call center staff and provide active performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of communicators and set performance standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and new hire interviewing and training.
• Address performance issues in line with Inizio policies and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate program trainings.
• Ensure KPI targets, service levels, and HIPAA compliance are met.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
