This remote US role requires 3+ years of medical editing experience in dedicated pharmaceutical advertising agencies.

Responsibilities include proofreading, fact-checking, AMA style adherence, MLR support, and cross-functional collaboration within tight deadlines.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional medical editing in pharma advertising
• Proficient in AMA Manual of Style and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to interpret clinical data and fact-check complex claims
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ramp quickly on freelance work
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Responsabilidades

• Editorial quality & proofreading of medical, scientific, and promotional materials
• Fact-checking against source literature, trials, FDA labeling, and PI
• Ensure AMA style and brand standards compliance
• Support MLR/LMR review readiness with properly formatted references
• Coordinate across editorial, account, creative, and medical teams under deadlines
