Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools; Veeva experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit promotional content for grammar, AMA style, and consistency across materials.
• Fact-check, cross-check, and proofread content for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage brand assignments, assist other editors, and attend kickoff/status meetings.
