Princeton10 is seeking a Medical Editor to join our editorial team. You will edit medical copy, ensure regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical advertising across digital and print media, and perform factual checks to maintain accuracy.

You will work with project teams and other editors to uphold brand standards. Requirements include a BA in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences, and 3+ years editing pharma promotional materials in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences plus 3+ years editing pharma promotional materials in an agency environment.
• Experience with medical/regulatory/legal reviews and FDA requirements for drug promotion preferred.

Responsabilités

• Edit copy and ensure regulatory compliance for branded and unbranded materials.
• Fact check and proof copy for new channels and audiences.
• Provide medical, regulatory, and legal expertise to ensure accuracy with FDA guidelines and brand standards.
• Copyedit promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, flow, and consistency.
• Validate references meet current criteria.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, copywriters, and other editors as needed.
• Manage brand alignment and assist other editors as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
