P10 is seeking a freelance Medical Editor to join a remote, US-based team. You will edit medical, regulatory, and promotional materials across digital and print channels, ensuring FDA-aligned accuracy and brand consistency.

You’ll report to the Senior Medical Editor, work Pacific Time, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and fellow editors on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in communications/English/journalism/life sciences and have

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences plus 3+ years of editing pharma promos
• Experience with medical/regulatory/legal reviews and FDA drug promotion knowledge
• Ability to conduct literature searches and interpret scientific literature
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Mansioni

• Edit copy and ensure regulatory compliance for branded and unbranded materials for HCP and patient use
• Fact check and proof copy for new channels and audiences
• Provide medical, regulatory, and legal expertise to ensure accuracy and brand standards
• Copyedit materials for grammar, punctuation, style, and consistency
• Validate references for currency and accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, copywriters, and other editors
• Manage brand alignment and multiple projects simultaneously
