Accenture Song Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Medical Content Editor to ensure the highest quality for pharmaceutical and medical device creative pieces. You will edit, fact-check, and proof content across emails, websites, and campaigns while maintaining AMA style and FDA compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of medical editing, strong English, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of medical editing and/or proofreading experience at a pharma/life sciences advertising agency or related industry
• Demonstrates knowledge of medical terminology and strong command of English
• Thorough familiarity with AMA style and FDA rules and regulations
• Proficient in basic grammar and spelling rules
• Knowledge of editing/proofing symbols
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Ability to fact-check for scientific accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• University degree required

Responsabilidades

• Edits initial round of deliverables for content, AMA style, brand and client style, FDA rules and grammar
• Fact-checks initial jobs and subsequent rounds for accuracy
• Proofs promotional materials (emails, websites, templates, trainings, emails, banners, presentations)
• Ensures layout and visual quality of formats
• Participates in status and kickoff meetings and timeline development
• Maintains and updates client style guides
• Collaborates with team for a consistent customer experience
