Princeton10 seeks a Senior Medical Editor to lead editorial quality and regulatory compliance for promotional materials. You will review, fact-check, and polish content for grammar, AMA style, and accuracy, ensuring FDA alignment and brand standards while collaborating with project managers, designers, copywriters, and other editors.

This remote role supports candidates in the United States or Canada, with a preference for the Eastern time zone.

Formación

• 5+ years of editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus.
• Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools; basic proficiency expected.
• Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and edit promotional content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, sense, AMA style, and consistency.
• Fact check and cross-check content for accuracy across channels and audiences.
• Ensure changes are correctly incorporated between versions of materials.
• Maintain FDA regulatory guidance and brand standards in all edits.
• Support preparation of materials for MLR submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, copywriters, and other editors.
• Manage own brand assignments and assist other editors as needed.
• Attend project kickoff and status meetings and participate in team regroupes.
