Job summary

Nucleus Global, a leader in medical communications, is seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Services team. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to manage projects, build client relationships, and keep work on time and within budget.

Remote role reporting to a senior Client Services member; you’ll coordinate timelines, briefs, meetings, and documentation while supporting budgets and invoicing. This position offers growth and exposure to a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in project or account management in medical communications, healthcare, or pharma.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of client projects, including timelines and briefs.
• Build positive client relationships and provide organized project support.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams through delivery.
• Track progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; escalate issues.
• Support project financials: budgets, invoicing, reconciliations.
• Develop knowledge of client products and therapy areas to identify growth opportunities.
