Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the medical staffing field.
• 2 years of experience supervising clinic staff or remote clinic staff.
• 1 year of management experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Experience working in a remote setting with remote medical staff preferred.
• Project management expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and remote staffing accounts and associated team members.
• Report to Operations Manager on account performance.
• Communicate with clients, team members and coworkers clearly and promptly.
• Create monthly client reports and maintain client folders.
• Develop SOPs for client processes and ensure client/management approval.
• Ensure tasks are completed within turnaround times and audit for accuracy.
• Proactively streamline operations and plan cross-coverage for leaves.
