Job summary

Nucleus Global is seeking an Account Executive to join the Client Services team and help deliver high-quality medical communications programs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and build strong client relationships.

This remote role reports to a senior member of the Client Services team. You’ll support day-to-day delivery, coordinate with Scientific Services, and help ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget while developing your

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project or account management experience, ideally within medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills, collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of client projects, including timelines, status reports, project briefs, meetings, and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide responsive, organized project support.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects from briefing through delivery.
• Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating potential issues when needed.
• Support project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Develop knowledge of client products and therapy areas to better support account needs and identify opportunities for growth.
