Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical clinics and clinical documentation.
• Ability to locate FINs and link documents to veteran records.
• Indexing documents with correct section, note title, and service date.
• Verify images are uploaded correctly and legible for viewing.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; VA/federal coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attach images to the appropriate EHR elements accurately.
• Verify image uploads are correct and legible for viewing.
• Locate FINs and link documents to the correct veteran record.
• Index documents with correct section, note title, and date of service.
• Perform 100% internal QA on all work before submission.
