Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Pro‑Fee coding experience.
Deep familiarity with CPT, ICD‑10‑CM, HCPCS, and modifier assignment.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
Review and abstract professional medical records accurately.
Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS codes per guidelines.
Participate in internal and external coding audits.
Skills
Strong understanding of HCC / risk adjustment coding principles
Excellent command of medical terminology
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in EHR systems and coding software
Education
