Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Abstract and assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes and modifiers for accurate reimbursement.
• Review and resolve coding denials.
• Ensure documentation meets EM Guidelines and CMS Teaching Physician Rules before coding release.
