University of Louisville Physicians is seeking a Coder I to perform abstraction and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) for reimbursement under CMS, state and private payers. This is a remote position based in Kentucky.
The role requires a high school diploma, 1–4 years physician coding experience, and CPC/CCS/CCS-P/CCA certifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.

This role is typically responsible for less complex coding with oversight.
High school diploma or GED/equivalent (required)
One to four (1-4) years physician coding experience (preferred)
