Qualifications

• Familiarity with ICD-10-CM/HCPCS/CPT coding schemes.
• Understanding Medicare and commercial carrier workflows.
• Ability to review medical records and assign codes per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Code diagnoses and procedures per official coding standards.
