Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls courteously and connects callers to the correct extension.
• Takes and relays messages accurately and promptly.
• Responds to emergency and urgent calls in a timely manner.
• Directs callers to clinical staff as needed.
• Performs operator duties including triaging calls, transferring calls, setting up conference calls, and reporting issues.
