• 2+ years' experience with NextGen.
• Familiarity with clearinghouses and healthcare portals.
• Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks: transactions, AR, coding, reconciliations, denials, appeals, and more.
• Navigate federal, state, and payer websites to support billing and compliance.
• Research coding and billing requirements to ensure accurate submissions.
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and support organizational goals.
• Participate in committees, mentor junior team members, and support training initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and recommend best practices using NextGen PM.
