You will work with coding, provider offices, credentialing, and partners to improve clean claim rates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of billing experience in medical settings, familiarity with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM, and Epic Hospital Billing. Remote work options are available across the national scope.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of hospital billing, claims processing, denial management, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM and payer requirements.
• Experience with electronic claim submission and billing work queues.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards and PHI handling.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate hospital claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Submit compliant, error-free claims electronically to payers to speed reimbursement.
• Rebill corrected claims quickly to minimize payment delays and maximize reimbursement.
• Analyze denial trends and recommend corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Collaborate with registration, credentialing, and provider offices to obtain missing information.
