Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote, full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist to process medical claims with accuracy and timeliness. You will manage billing to primary and secondary payers, resolve claim rejections, and maintain clear case records.

Strong communication and remote-work discipline are essential. Applicants should have 2–5 years of infusion billing experience, a high school diploma with billing training, and proficiency with pharmacy software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience preferred.
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, billing or collections.
• Experience in infusion settings and remote work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy and third-party claims accurately and timely.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to improve submission success.
• Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and communicate status clearly.
• Document activity in CareTend to ensure account accuracy.
