• Understanding of billing and collection processes across payer types.
• Ability to identify gaps, troubleshoot, and take corrective action.

Responsabilités

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy and third-party claims accurately and timely.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful current and future submissions.
• Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and communicate status to RCM and Franchises.
• Document case activity in CareTend to ensure complete account records.
• Contribute billing expertise to training materials, policies, and procedures.
