Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to process medical and pharmacy claims with accuracy and timeliness. You will focus on reducing denial rates, improving cash flow, and maintaining compliant billing practices across primary and secondary payers.

The role requires 2–5 years of home infusion billing/collections, a high school diploma with relevant training, and proficiency in pharmacy software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills in English, with clear written and verbal abilities.
• Experience or strong understanding of home infusion billing and collections processes.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and pharmacy software.
• Knowledge of payer types and revenue cycle management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims accurately and timely.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to improve submission success.
• Maintain ready-to-bill tickets and communicate status clearly within RCM and Franchises.
• Document activity in CareTend to ensure complete account records.
• Contribute to training materials and policies to improve RCM efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
