Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing professional to process medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims with accuracy and timeliness. The role focuses on reducing denials, improving cash flow, and adhering to compliance standards.

Required are 2–5 years in home infusion billing, a high school diploma with billing training, and strong communication skills. This is a fully remote, full-time position based in the United States with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience.
• High School Diploma and specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus.
• Previous remote work environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy and third-party vendor claims timely and accurately.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims so that current submission is successful and future submissions are not rejected.
• Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and indicate tickets that cannot be billed with appropriate status.
• Document case activity, communications, and correspondence in CareTend for accuracy.
• Contribute medical billing expertise to training materials, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
