The position offers a $50,000–$62,000 annual base, plus individual and company bonuses up to 10% of salary, plus comprehensive benefits and a proactive, promotion-ready culture.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in claims submission.
• Strong written communication including grammar and spelling.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience working with insurance claims, billing records, and patient/insurer data.
• Ability to spot missing information or errors in submissions.
• Comfort with navigating multiple software systems at once.
• Fast, reliable internet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit medical claims based on services and client procedures.
• Review patient and insurance data for accuracy before submission.
• Post insurance and patient payments and related account activity.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on denials or missing data.
• Update patient accounts and notes for accuracy.
• Respond to routine billing questions and requests.
• Prepare billing reports and summaries as needed.
• Follow processes to deliver high-quality billing support.
