Responsibilities

• Submit claims to insurance companies including Medicaid.
• Work with insurers, providers, and patients to process and collect payments.
• Communicate clearly with staff, clients, and insurers.
• Review and appeal unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patients' insurance coverage; act as liaison between insurers and clients.
• Assist in collections of unpaid accounts and generate AR reports.
• Support ABA Billing processes and compliance.
