Strive Health is seeking a Virtual Medical Back Office Coordinator to support clinic and mobile operations in a hybrid-remote role. You will handle registration, insurance verification, record processing, and member communications, reporting to the Lead, Virtual Medical Back Office Coordinator.

The role requires 2+ years related experience, strong data entry, and empathy-driven patient care. Excellent collaboration and communication are essential for success in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (latency <60 ms).
• Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a fast paced environment.
• Achieve daily goals consistently as outlined by management.
• Listen to patients’ concerns and provide accurate information.
• Register and verify insurance for patient visits.
• Track member consents and outreach to established members.
• Obtain medical records and process care plan summaries.
• Complete ongoing training and document engagements accurately.
• Assist with special projects outside normal scope when needed.
