Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2+ years of college preferred.
• 2+ years Medical Assistant Experience.
• LPN/LVN, Nursing Student training helpful.
• Customer service experience required.
• EHR experience preferred.
• Video conferencing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft software.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a high performing team.
• Thrives in fast-paced growing company.

Responsibilities

• Review intake records for completeness.
• Transfer information to EHR.
• Schedule appointments.
• Assess video readiness.
• Communicate with health care team members.
• Communicate with members.
• Maintain health information per regulations.
• Take full medical history including medications.
• Document biometric screenings.
• Identify preventive measures.
• Prepare EHR chart prior to visit.
• Assist nursing staff in preparing care plans.
