Teladoc Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to help deliver high-quality virtual care to members and clinical teams. You will support administration and clinical tasks while contributing to efficient telehealth services. In this role, you will manage intake review, scheduling, and video readiness, assist with chart preparation, and support care plans.

Formación

• High school diploma required; 2+ years of college preferred.
• 2+ years Medical Assistant experience.
• LPN/LVN, nursing student training helpful.
• Customer service experience required.
• EHR experience preferred; video conferencing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft software.
• Strong time management; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Active Medical Assistant Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Review intake records for completeness.
• Transfer information to EHR.
• Schedule appointments and assess video readiness.
• Communicate with other health care team members and members.
• Maintain health information in compliance with regulations.
• Take full history including medications.
• Document biometric screenings.
• Identify preventive measures needed.
• Prepare EHR charts prior to visits.
• Assist nursing staff in preparing care plans.
