Job summary

One Senior Care, LLC. is seeking a Medical Assistant for Clinical Documentation Support to help prepare provider-facing documentation by organizing medical records and supporting materials.

This role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA-compliant work, and teamwork with CDI nurses and medical staff. The position is remote, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full-time employment and benefits such as PTO, holidays, and health plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant training, diploma, certificate, or equivalent healthcare support experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records required.
• Medical coding experience with CC focus required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize medical records and documentation for provider review.
• Prepare provider-facing documentation packets and templates.
• Review work queues and retrieve reports and supporting documentation.
• Organize clinical information across records, labs, imaging, meds, and care plans.
• Ensure materials are complete, factual, and timely.
