Job summary

One Senior Care Inc. is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Nurse to review records, identify opportunities, and prepare neutral summaries for provider review.

The role focuses on CC-focused coding, documentation standards, and audit readiness while supporting a remote, Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate has extensive nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to train and guide Medical Assistants as the CDI program evolves.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment and understanding of documentation standards.
• Experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity or provider documentation.
• Coding experience with CC focus and risk adjustment.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and notes to identify documentation opportunities.
• Prepare concise neutral clinical summaries for provider review.
• Educate providers and clinical teams on documentation completeness and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with coding, risk adjustment, compliance and leadership to improve workflows.
• Provide guidance to Medical Assistants and help develop standardized workflows and templates.
• Assist in training, coaching, and performance feedback for staff involved in documentation.
