Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of clinical development to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory modules, medical affairs slides, and publication plans.

The engagement is fully remote with flexible, 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour, with potential for more work if desired.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical development documents across core workflows (study reports, protocols, brochures)
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory expectations
• Deliver high-quality, meticulously drafted output suitable for regulatory and medical affairs contexts
