Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Account Manager for Med Affairs in the United States. You will lead day-to-day client partnerships across medical affairs and publication programs in a fast-paced healthcare communications environment.

In this role you will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, translate briefs into plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to high standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in medical affairs and/or publications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Independent thinker with a client-service orientation and strong communication.
• Experience with Speaker Bureau and speaker-program management; Veeva experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact for medical affairs and publication workstreams with status updates and timelines.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal direction, priorities, and plans for the team.
• Manage day-to-day account operations, meetings, workflow, task delegation, and progress tracking.
• Own medium and large client projects, ensuring quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to expand programs and support business development.
• Maintain regular communication with account leads on progress, risks, and solutions.
