Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager located in the United States for a fully remote role. You will own affiliate relationships, recruit new partners, and drive profitable customer acquisition across performance channels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and autonomous ownership in a fast-moving consumer tech environment. You will monitor ROI, optimize campaigns, and scale the affiliate program while collaborating with internal teams to align commercial strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management.
• Proven track record of managing, developing, and growing affiliate partnerships.
• Experience identifying, recruiting, and developing new affiliates with an understanding of profitability.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including media buying, paid social, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and strengthen existing affiliate relationships to maximize performance and value.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and affiliate-level performance.
• Analyze funnel performance and partner economics to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Optimize affiliate campaigns and commercial strategies to boost conversion rates.
• Monitor traffic and conversion trends and respond to performance shifts.
• Improve affiliate processes, partner communication, and workflows.
• Use data-driven insights to scale the affiliate program and inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across performance channels.
