RS Medical seeks an Account Manager to grow relationships with healthcare practitioners and drive adoption of RS Medical products across a defined territory. You will educate clinicians and patients, document activities in Salesforce, and ensure compliant operations.

The role emphasizes remote work with travel up to 70%, strong communication, and a focus on building lasting customer partnerships within the US healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Building and managing sales accounts with exceptional service.
• Establishing, maintaining and growing working relationships within accounts.
• Understanding and promoting innovative medical technologies.
• Persuading healthcare practitioners to evaluate and adopt innovative treatments.
• Presenting and effectively discussing scientific material.
• Influencing key decision-makers in clinics or hospitals.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Protection experience.
• VA/DOD sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow customer relationships in a defined territory.
• Utilize your sales skills to build a pipeline of prospects and revenue.
• Instruct healthcare practitioners and patients on the use of RS Medical products.
• Utilize Salesforce to document and track all sales and administrative activities.
• Conduct business in compliance with regulations and contracts.
• Manage an inventory of RS Medical products in line with policy.
• Attend meetings, marketing events and additional training as assigned.
