Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to oversee delivery work across multiple service operations. You will drive optimization, profitability, and performance improvements while coordinating with project managers on large engagements.

The role requires extensive people management, Medicaid experience, and proven ability to balance cost with delivery targets across remote locations. Travel to client sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in people management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact center management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of delivery work across multiple service delivery operations.
• Drive optimization of delivery of standard solutions within areas of expertise.
• Deliver agreed scope of services with profitability improvements.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement.
• Analyze team performance and present improvement options.
• Manage supply, demand, service quality and processes to meet targets.
• Meet project managers to plan timeframes and overtime needs.
• Career management of service delivery resources including mentoring.
• Recruiting, staffing, utilization, and capacity optimization.
• Deliver efficiencies through standard processes and SLAs.
