Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media campaigns for B2B and growing brands. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shape budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client calls, and drive performance.

You will collaborate with a team in a fully remote setup, engage with US clients on live calls, and demonstrate a track record of improving ROAS and lowering CPA across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency environment.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause/kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
