Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate, Client Media Solutions to support day-to-day client media activities and contribute to media strategy execution. The role can be remote in the United States or based in any U.S.

office, including New York, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN. You will assist with vendor proposals, campaign operations, and budget management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective media plans and results for healthcare

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

Mansioni

• Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building support content for the team.
• Enter and submit campaign operations requests (tag forms, decks, creative rotations).
• Maintain media plan flowcharts, budgets, and buy specs accuracy.
• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
• Help track campaign activities and budgets, including invoicing and monthly/annual reconciliations.
