Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Media Operations Manager to build and run the operating system for our media buying teams. You will establish workflows, rhythms, and standards to drive consistent performance as client volume grows.

You will lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Analysts, owning performance, quality, and a clear feedback loop to improve outcomes for clients and the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Strong e-commerce experience.
• Experience managing Media Buyers, Analysts, Team Leads, or similar professionals.
• Experience building or improving operating processes and team workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
• Experience with performance management and team development.
• Experience managing team capacity and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in an agency, growth, or high-volume client environment is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build the team operating system with clear workflows, rhythms, standards, and accountability.
• Lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts, ensuring performance and quality.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and reducing manual work.
• Manage capacity and resources, advising on hiring and allocation.
• Develop leaders by coaching Team Leads and high-potential staff.
• Collaborate with Media Buying leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize execution and client outcomes.
