Advantage HQ is seeking a senior leader to head Media Operations, defining the operating model, leadership structure, and systems needed to deliver high-quality media performance at scale. You will work with executive leadership to shape how the media organization grows and delivers client outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in paid media and strong experience building scalable teams, processes, and AI-enabled operations, with global remote collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading large or multi-layer media organizations.
• Extensive experience with e-commerce and performance marketing.
• Experience overseeing significant media spend and complex client portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience building teams, leadership structures, operating systems, and processes.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of agency or growth-business economics.
• Experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership.
• Strong track record of developing senior leaders and building accountable organizations.
• Experience using technology, automation, data, or AI to improve operational scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define the Media Operations strategy and operating model for the organization.
• Build the leadership structure, define roles, hire senior leaders, and develop a scalable management bench.
• Own the systems, standards, KPIs, processes, and accountability mechanisms that govern media delivery.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, capacity, client outcomes, and organizational risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce operational complexity, and automate repetitive work.
• Collaborate with the executive team on organizational planning, growth, and resource allocation.
