McGarrah Jessee is seeking a remote Media Finance Coordinator to oversee day-to-night financial management for client media investments across television, radio, OOH, and digital channels. You will serve as a key liaison between Media, Client Finance, and Agency Accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and timely reconciliation.

Responsibilities include managing Accounts Payables, preparing budget-versus-actual reports, and supporting internal and client audits with clear, well-documented

Competenze

• Experience with vendor invoice reconciliation and accounts payable processes.
• Strong communication skills to translate financial info for non-finance colleagues.
• Ability to prepare recurring budget-versus-actual reports and track variances.

Mansioni

• Act as day-to-day finance contact for Media Planning and Buying teams on billing and invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and reconcile invoices with media activity.
• Support recurring financial meetings with billing status updates and open items.
• Escalate budget risks and billing delays to the appropriate manager.
• Assist with audits by providing billing, reconciliation, and approval docs.
