Iheartmedia is seeking a detail‑oriented sales support specialist to help manage deal data, schedules, and reporting. You will coordinate with agencies and stations and ensure deals stay on track and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or operational role.

Responsibilities

• Enter data of ordered deals into Katz systems.
• Maintain internal and external schedules and follow up with agencies and stations.
• Monitor deals to meet KPIs and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Distribute advertiser delivery reports timely.
• Collaborate in weekly meetings and maintain account status reports.
• Support agency relationships by monitoring requests.
• Communicate daily with team to resolve traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work with billing to reconcile invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
