Job summary

Resilia is seeking a Senior Meta Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta account across Facebook and Instagram from structure to scale. This role requires independent decision‑making, strong discipline in testing, and the ability to manage high six-figure daily ad spend with clear KPIs.

You will work remotely with strong overlap with US business hours, driving performance and reporting against MER, ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC. A strategic, autonomous operator is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Own Meta account end-to-end including structure, campaigns, budgets and results.
• Make high-stakes decisions with no day-to-day sign‑offs.
• Experience scaling six-figure daily ad spend in DTC/e‑commerce.

Responsibilities

• Full Account Ownership: Meta campaigns, budgets, results, without babysitting.
• Budget Scaling: Manage high six-figure daily spend with CAC, MER and margin targets.
• Launch Velocity: Quickly deploy ads with proper QA and tracking to avoid bottlenecks.
• Multi-SKU Structure: Maintain spend allocation clarity across multiple SKUs.
